Bermuda – August 23, 2023 – MSC Meraviglia arrived at Heritage Wharf in Bermuda this morning on her inaugural sailing to the island country known for pink-sand beaches and turquoise water. MSC Cruises’ award-winning ship offers guests several days to immerse themselves in all Bermuda has to offer during 5- and 6-night itineraries, sailing from her homeport in New York City. Guests can also embark on a 16-night cruise to Bermuda, Canada and New England starting Sept. 18. Starting today, guests can embark on sailings featuring an extended call in Bermuda.

Families can also head to Atlantis Resort (pictured above) on Paradise Beach to ride rapids and whizz down slides or book a glass bottom boat ride. MSC Cruises will base MSC Meraviglia, one of its biggest and most impressive ships, in New York starting April 2023, offering three completely distinct round-trip itineraries. Last but not least, MSC Meraviglia will be alternating between cruises to Bermuda and cruises to Florida and the Bahamas from New York, from where the ship operates year-round. The Eastern Caribbean itineraries include stops at Nassau, Bahamas; San Juan, Puerto Rico; Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic; and Ocean Cay. There is some overlap with the Western Caribbean itineraries, which will also call on Nassau and Ocean Cay, but these itineraries switch out San Juan and Puerto Plata for visits to Jamaica and Grand Cayman. For guests who want to see it all, there will also be an option to combine both itineraries to create a 14-night Eastern and Western Caribbean Cruise.
